The Vocational Evaluator works in a client facing role. The Vocational Evaluator assesses the client through interview, approved formal assessments, and/or work observation to identify individual strengths and needs. The goal of the evaluation process is to holistically assess the customer/participant’s abilities, interests, and aptitudes, while considering any barriers to employment which may be present. In addition, the goal is to develop a professional clinical report to address and recommend appropriate and attainable vocational and/or educational options.

Our Employment Specialists are focused on our core services, where they assist our customers with Resume Development, Job applications & searches, Interviewing skills, and Career counseling to help them find meaningful employment.
