Our Story
About
Vocation Depot
The Vocation Depot, established and incorporated in February 2013, is based in Plant City, Florida, and serves numerous counties across the state. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, we are a contracted provider with the Florida Department of Education's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
Our mission is to assist individuals with disabilities and military veterans in finding meaningful, long-term employment. Our professional team of Employment Specialists provides support in resume development, interview preparation, application submission, and employer follow-ups within our local communities. We offer tailored programs for both youth and adults to equip them with the skills and knowledge needed for successful job searches.
Founded by Kevin Vincent, a disabled veteran and former Vocational Rehabilitation client, The Vocation Depot grew from his personal experience and dedication. After working with a local Employment Specialist, Kevin realized his potential to help others and decided to start his own organization with a focus on supporting fellow disabled veterans.
